In one-on-one coaching sessions held via video conference, we’ll start by getting clear your big goals. If you could wave a magic wand and get exactly what you want, what would that look like?
Then we’ll break your wellness goals down into small manageable steps that you’ll complete between our sessions because small steps lead to big results!
Throughout our work together, I’ll provide the nutrition and health education you need, while supporting and holding you accountable to your goals every step of the way.
