When you’re exhausted and time-crunched in the morning, what’s the first thing to fall victim to the busy?

I’m going to guess it’s your nutrient-dense breakfast, which, unfortunately, is just going to make a bad situation worse.

Either you skip breakfast entirely or, out of “hanger,” settle for a sugar-loaded donut or muffin at Starbucks. But as you probably know, that’s only going to lead to a sugar crash, low energy, brain fog, lack of focus, and one giant struggle of a day.

If your goal is to operate on all cylinders like a top-notch race car and make the most of your day, especially a crazy day, this is not a winning #bosslady strategy!

That’s why it’s essential to have a fast healthy breakfast! Certain foods have the ability to increase your energy, boost your focus, and enhance your productivity, and support you in doing your best work.

Don’t worry, I’m not asking you to add more time to your already busy schedule by cooking a Paleo breakfast every morning. But instead of swinging by Starbucks to get a coffee and donut, what if you were to stop at your local Whole Foods en route to work? Not only could you grab that all-important morning coffee (which they also have at Whole Foods!), but you could also pick up one of these fast healthy breakfasts!

Whether you eat paleo, keto, Whole30, low, moderate, or high carb, there’s a breakfast combo on this list for you.

So tomorrow morning, take just a few minutes to grab one of these 10 fast healthy breakfasts at Whole Foods, eat it in your car or at your office desk, and instead of that mid-morning crash, you’ll set yourself up for a day of steady energy and productivity that will leave you feeling centered, focused, and in control!
